Envio para España y Baleares con NACEX: los pedidos formulados antes de las 16h de la tarde, se entregarán al día siguiente excepto sábados, domingos y días festivos. Los pedidos formulados los viernes se entregarán el lunes siguiente, y los formulados en sábado o domingo el martes.
Envio para Baleares con SEUR: entrega en 48h-72h.
CORREOS Islas y Internacional: Envío Registrado con seguro, plazo médio de entrega 3 a 6 días laborables. Ver coste y tiempo de entrega.
Recibirás tu pedido en tu domicilio. Si no estubieras en la dirección dejan un aviso en tu domicilio para recoger tu paquete.
Poco después del envío de su pedido, recibis por correo electrónico el código y el enlace para localizar su solicitud.
La dirección de entrega debe estar completa y correcta en la que pueda ser entregado el pedido solicitado dentro del horario habitual de entrega de mercancías. En caso de incumplimiento por parte del cliente de esta obligación Tienda Poppers no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad sobre el retraso o imposibilidad de entrega del pedido solicitado por el cliente.
Nota: El plazo medio de entrega mencionado en la tabela corresponde a los días laborales.
Para cumplir los plazos de entrega debe comprobar que los productos seleccionados en su pedido estan con disponibilidad para entrega inemediata.

Formas de Pago:
- Targeta de Crédito: el cargo en la tarjeta se efectuará cuando se procese el pedido. Aceptamos todas las tarjetas de crédito, excepto American Express. En el caso de que el Hipay informara de la denegación de la tarjeta, se cancelará automáticamente el pedido, informando al cliente de la anulación.
- Transferência Bancária: al finalizar su pedido recibe en la nueva página nuestros datos bancários. Puede realizar la transferencia bancária en su banco o en su banco online.
- Contra Reembolso: realizarás el pago del importe total, una vez recibas el paquete. Esta modalidad es para envios por agencia de transportes Nacex. Excepto a Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla, Internacionales y casos específicos, que el pago se deberá realizar mediante tarjeta bancária, transferencia bancária o paypal. Pago contra reembolso solo en efectivo.
Pago contra reembolso tiene un cargo suplementar de 3,00€ para pedidos hasta 100,00€ y a partir de 100,00€ un cargo suplementar de 3% del total del pedido.
El mensajero de NACEX le pedirá el dinero en la puerta de su casa antes de hacerle entrega del paquete.

Tal y como establece la legislación vigente (Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista), el plazo de devolución de los productos será de 7 días a contar desde la entrega de los mismo.
Para cualquier devolución deberá ponerse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente mediante correo electrónico a la dirección firstname.lastname@example.org, indicando el número de factura y el motivo de la devolución. Será el servicio de atención al cliente quién se pondrá en contacto con la compañía de transportes para gestionar la recogida del producto devuelto..
Serán admitidas las devoluciones que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:

- El cliente deberá hacerse cargo de los gastos de envío en caso de devolución, que deberán ser abonados directamente a la compañía de transportes en el momento de la recogida.
- El producto a devolver debe estar correctamente embalado para su devolución.
TIENDA POPPERS puede realizar “promociones y ofertas” de sus productos a precios reducidos, pudiendo en ocasiones incluir paquetes de productos.
Estas promociones y ofertas tendrán validez mientras se encuentren publicadas en la web, en la lista de correo, así como mientras exista stock disponible, y se regirán por las presentes condiciones.
In case a prepaid order is returned to ORGASMOS SEXSHOP for reasons not attributable to ORGASMOS SEXSHOP or to the freight forwarder, ORGASMOS SEXSHOP will refund the amount paid by same, less shipping and return costs. The prepaid orders are those paid by Credit Card, Hipay, Multibanco or Bank Transfer.
The customer may choose to reimburse the original payment method, or through a refund coupon that may be used in a future order. The coupon will be valid for 12 months from the date it was created. After this period, there will be no refund. In case the original payment has been made by Multibanco or Bank Transfer, the customer will have to provide the bank details for the refund to be made.
If the reason for the failed delivery and return of the order is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, the customer will have to send us a written complaint that will be reviewed by the freight forwarder, regardless of the payment method chosen. The solution that ORGASMOS SEXSHOP will present to the customer will depend on the answer given by the freight forwarder. If the freight forwarder accepts full responsibility for the return of the order and if all the items originally ordered are available, we will suggest to the customer the re-shipment without additional costs. If the freight forwarder does not accept responsibility, we can not accept the claim, which means that the refund or replacement order will be subject to the above mentioned terms of orders returned for reasons not attributable to ORGASMOS SEXSHOP or the freight forwarder.

If the complaint relates to a specific order, customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to contact the Customer Support team and notify us of the problem detected.
